Beta FPV 95x Battery Holder

Beta FPV 95x Battery Holder

The Beta FPV 95x v3 quad drone doesn't have a very stable battery holder. After a few light crashes in the grass with the battery coming dislodged, I was not too thrilled about the single velcro strip that holds any equipped battery. I designed 2 holders for 2 different batteries that I use (they are listed below). The velcro strap will now hold the batteries in place with the printed box/holder designed to keep it in place. Please check other images for info/orientation/dimensions. I included files that did not have text on them, if someone wants to play with this and doesn't want to deal with text in the way if splitting/editing the object. Use digital calipers if you want to alter the space for the width, it's around 24-26mm max width for fitting a print mod in there. You can try going smaller with the walls (I did 3mm), and reduce thickness of certain areas. I was trying to avoid the print breaking from being too thin. Good luck! Link to drone (it may expire, and the drone may finally be discontinued as there are a few improved versions that exist such as the Pavo 25). https://betafpv.com/products/beta95x-v3-whoop-quadcopter?_pos=2&_sid=089fdd376&_ss=r - 2s Battery this was designed for: Tattu 2s 450mAh 7.4v 75C https://www.amazon.com/Tattu-Packs-450mAh-7-4V-Battery/dp/B07K18DJG5/ref=sr_1_2?crid=14U6K9BEEUQ2L&keywords=2s+lipo+450mah+battery+Tattu&qid=1684095691&sprefix=2s+lipo+450mah+battery+tattu%2Caps%2C76&sr=8-2 - 4s Battery this was designed for: Official Beta FPV 4s 450mAh 14.8v 75C https://betafpv.com/collections/4s-battery/products/450mah-4s-75c-lipo-battery
