Beta Fork and Shock Service Set

Beta Fork and Shock Service Set

thingiverse

Hi all, I designed and printed these to service the suspension of my 2019 Beta 300 RE This works with the closed chamber Sachs forks found on bikes from 20??-2019, the 2020 and later bikes use the KYB forks. The shock should be from 2014 to 2022. For the forks: Internal and external tools for the forks, the internal is set up with a 1in socket. you shouldn't have to remove the adjuster. Found the external elsewhere on thingiverse For the Shock: Vise Jaws to hole the shock body vertical while bleeding compression adjuster removal tool, i used 3mm steel dowels pressed in. Vacuum cap, used an exhaust oring and a 6mm push to connect fitting tapped into the to to pull a vacuum with a mightvac brake bleeder. Not the totally legit set up but better than the beta service manual recommends. Preload adjuster- found else where on thingiverse I would print all torque tools with extra perimeters and 40-60% infill. Print the vacuum tool with extra perimeters and extra top and bottom layers. I printed with matterhackers PETG on a pursa mk3s
