You'll need to sit it snugly in place, but you can hold it securely with your open hand and still be able to stretch. It's likely to make meeting requirements easier because it feels more comfortable to hold. - This video is available in a great language - German. - It's designed for the right hand, but in Cura, you can easily modify it for the left hand by simply flipping the design. You can also see this demonstrated in the video. If your hands are larger or smaller than average, you can adjust the size of the slingshot with ease.
