These bearings are specifically engineered for three-dimensional printing, featuring balls designed exclusively for this application. This ensures the most pliable and printable bearings with minimal play. The entire bearing prints in one piece, fully assembled, although you may need to slightly loosen the balls after printing due to tight tolerances. For optimal results, lubricating them with grease is recommended. Your feedback is welcome, and I hope these bearings will be a valuable addition to your project. I've added a new three-dimensional model of the small bearing to the file section, titled "homemade_printable_bearing_heavy_small_V3_easy_printable.stl." This updated design provides more space between the inner ring, balls, and outer ring, making it easier to print than the previous version. However, this may result in slightly increased play between the inner and outer rings. I've created this model for those who encountered difficulties with the first version, which was optimized for my own printer's capabilities. I apologize if this wasn't suitable for other printers; hopefully, this new design will be more universally printable.
