I finally designed a replacement for one of my old K-Body clamp ends after years of waiting. Years of use had worn down the nubs on the cylinder, but they provided a tight fit when I inserted them for the first time. Normal print settings work just fine, but you might be able to get away with a .20 draft setting as well. I designed this replacement in Sketchup and exported it as an STL file.
