The original Bessey TG4.540 bar clamp foot was lost, and replacements are only sold in packs of ten for $20. To save money, I reverse-engineered the foot design, printing an "Original" version identical to the real one and a stronger "Beefed" version with added material and front protection. The prints were made on a Type A Machines Series 1 using black Ninjatek Cheetah filament, fitting well in all TG4.54 series clamps.
