I ordered a custom pad for my Bessey 4" x 2" clamp, specifically the LM2.004 model. When I purchased it, only the bottom pad was included. To print this pad, I utilized the services of 3DHUBS. Here's how I set up the print job: The process involved using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), a type of 3D printing technology. The material used was TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), and it was printed in white. The layer height was set to an extremely thin 100 micrometers, while the infill was solid at 100%.
