This little creature is a design inspired by the Egyptian god Anubis, its kind of like a stylized pharaoh hound. I Designed This: Modeling software is usually what I use to create the basic shape, sculpt the face and add finer details, such as the nostrils and ears. Sculptris is typically my go-to for creating the first version, but it can sometimes produce mesh errors that need fixing in Meshmixer using the "make solid tool" which works really well for repairs. After I have designed the initial version, I use the software that comes with the Dremel 3D Idea Builder to fix any final errors, add supports, scale and slice the model for printing.
