I used OpenSCAD to craft supports for this model, making them easily removable after printing. The design prints flawlessly on my modified Solidoodle 2. Print Settings: The ideal layer height is 0.05mm, but I've also had success with 0.1mm. A speed of 30mm/s produces a slightly better result than 45mm/s. Using black Hatchbox PLA at temperatures between 185-190 degrees Celsius yields optimal results.
