Berserk of Gluttony - Greed

This model is designed for Fate cosplay from Berserk of Gluttony manga. It is cut into 14 pieces to fit in my Ender 3 with 200mm x 200mm x 200mm platform. I do include a un-cut version as well just in case you want to cut it yourself. The model is cut with easy printing and avoid using support in mind. All the pieces come with a flat surface that can lay on the printing bed easily. To further increase the printing success rate, I will suggest to use a brim to prevent warping during the printing process. After print out the pieces a and b, glue them back to back to form a parts. Do the same for the other pair and join them together at last. To further enhance the durability, you can add in bone between the connecting faces. It can be done by drilling holes on the faces and bridge them using small iron rod or wooden rod. For this, I will suggest to use infill of 20% to prevent the model from cracking during the drilling process. After all the parts are joined together, it will form a sword with length around 1027mm and thickness of 30mm. Edges are remain solid and a threshold of 0.5mm to 1mm are apply on the edge of the blade to provide ease of post -process work. For scaling, please use the same scale factor across all the pieces. There is a picture of the pieces labelled with their file names correspondingly. You can refer to the picture for assemble and getting the file you want to print. There are some wording on the hilt. However, I cant find a clear reference for it. So I will leave it to your creativity. You can use sharpie or any sort of paint for the wording. Hope you will like this model.
