Bernina 730 Record Straight cut Vertical bevel top gear
thingiverse
These gears are unobtainable now as far as I know. One variant has a 12.2 mm centre hole, it will press onto the steel centre piece from the original ( broken) gear which has a spline on it. No need to pre-heat or use any glue, I did mine carefully in a vice. I I reccomend printing as a solid object with 100% infill in PLA+. The second variant has a small hole the same size as the Bernina shaft, this can be imported to TinkerCAD and you can put in whatever size hole you want but I found 12.2mm to work well. This is a rework of a gear for a 500/600 series Bernina created by Tictactus, big thanks as he has done all the hard work of the gear teeth.
