Pace! Print and use this part at your own risk. Always follow the safety instructions recommended for your machine! Design to adapt to Bernardo ADM 260 - mortising unit. Update: 10 Feb 2021 - Two more versions of the Housing - reduced, and an extra Brush Holder - reduced; - chose the one fit for your job. 11 Feb 2021 - First version of the housing is too long - the play of the Mortising unit is reduced to almost nothing... therefore ... 11 Feb 2021 - A new Brush Holder was design for the Housing 1st version. It comes in 3 versions. Each version can be used with any of the hosing models ! Test fit the Brush Holder - a little loose... however is ok! Use 4 bolts M6 20 to secure the hose connector. Linear brush 1st version is secured with M4 bolts. Use approximate 285mm linear brush - max thickness base 7mm. 2nd version have a different way of locking the brush in position. 5 - M4 15mm bolts and nuts. Use approximate 296mm linear brush - max thickness base 7mm. Trim the length of brush as needed! Some of the brush will touch the Mortising table - trim so this will not be an inconvenient; keep in mind, that the thread have two ends... therefore, mark the start point! Position of the brush holder in rapport with the working part can be modified as needed, using the ring spacers provided. All parts are check for naked edges or errors - therefore all are going to be printable! If the design is good or if the parts are going to fit... that's another story!
