I'm showcasing a design for a welding tip compatible with Bernard q series mig welding guns. To create machined components on my CNC lathe, I'm repurposing several used tips that are lying around. The tip's dimensions were captured in Fusion 360, allowing me to accurately replicate it in the software. Next, I imported and aligned the specific part I wanted to manufacture, then designated the welding tip model as the material for machining. You'll find attached the original Fusion 360 design files and their corresponding STEP models for reference.
