Bergsteiger Venedig Buggy Replacement Part for lower frame

So the Buggy of my child, a Bergsteiger Venedig, broke down. It was the screw and plastic cover where the three metal rods are connected together. I will attach a photo that you can have a look where exactly. You can buy a whole new lower frame for around 130€, too much if it can be fixed in my oppinion. So for fixing it, you need the two parts printed. Print without support in upright position, as the model proposes. I printed with PETG as layer adhesion is very important. I printed with 0.15mm layer hight and 40% gyroid infill. Costs you about 130g of filament. After that you need some screws and inserts:M3x14 or M3x16 and M3 inserts → 10 piecesM4x30 and M4 insert → 1 pieceM6x60 or better M6x70 and an M6 insert →1 pieceThe assembly is quite easy. Just remove the old plastic part, put the new thing in place and screw everything together. I paid far less than 10€ for the screws and around 10€ for a box with hundrets of inserts in multiple sizes. The second iteration was a bit weak and I published the third gen in the design you are looking at. It should be fine, but for those who would like to have an even stronger version, look at the remix. This can be printed in other orientations which helps improving strength (as layer bonding is not the cause of weakness).
