<p>This tool holder will be able to use with any Bergeon 6767-** tool bits, as long as their base is 3mm in diameter. I used a brim to keep it on the bed as the surface area is quite small. Print with the piece lying down, with the tear-drop hole pointing up.</p> <h3>How I Designed This</h3> <p>The handle was designed to be printed lying down to maximize the rigidity of the handle when a perpendicular force is applied. The square nut allows the tool head to withstand great force without moving. The hole behind the square nut is very small clearance, so the m3 thread of the tool head will actually thread into the plastic. The hole before the square nut has a tear-drop design to prevent sagging due to printing a horizontal hole. This ensures ease of insertion of the tool head.</p> </p></p></p> Category: Hand Tools
