To ensure accuracy, measure your hot end or nozzle to determine its exact diameter in your specific application. When working with different tubing materials, keep in mind that the ID may expand by approximately 1mm from the original diameter size due to elasticity. In this case, you might need to use a smaller diameter than specified to achieve the desired shape. To bend the tube, simply insert it between the stop and the center round of the fixture. Then, form a loop in a clockwise direction around the central shape. For added leverage, you can clamp the fixture to a vise or use an open-end wrench to hold it in place while bending.
