Berd Air Tube Bender & Drilling Jig

This is my own custom design for a berd air bending and drilling jig, featuring several images to demonstrate its application. The holes in the tube are positioned at 45 degrees due to the fact that standard straight-drilled tubes failed to deliver satisfactory cooling results, causing nozzle heat to compromise the finish. The aluminum tube used in this project is K & S 8101 Round Aluminum Tube (Pack of 3) with a diameter of 3/32" and a wall thickness of 0.014", available at https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/K-S-8101-Round-Aluminum-Tube-Pack-of-3-3-32-Dia-x0-014-Walls-x12-Long1st/361287460750?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649. Please note that a minor adjustment may be required to achieve a precise fit for the bender centre pin, which can be accomplished by applying a light sanding with wet and dry or reaming the hole. To complement this design, I have added two new drill jigs: a 45-degree jig and a straight hole jig, catering to those who prefer not to use the 45-degree option.
