Berd Air Pump Mount (Remix of 'Berd Air Float Mount')

I drew inspiration from ShadowX's remarkable motor mount design for the Berd Air System, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2849793. Since my requirements were distinct, I created a remix of this design and ended up with something new. The 'Berd_Air_Floating_Base' section remained unchanged from ShadowX's original, but I replaced the Berd_Air_Baseplate with the Berd_Air_Pump_Fan_Baseplate and added the Berd_Air_Pump_Motor_Fan_Bracket. The 40mm fan guard used in my design comes from Prot0typ1cal. To assemble this project, you will need five or six silicone elastic bands or similar items. A 40mm x 10mm fan that operates at 5v, 12v, or 24v depending on your needs is also required. Additionally, four M3 x 12mm pan head or cap screws are necessary for the fan, as well as four M2 x 10mm cap screws for the motor bracket. **July 18th 2018 Update:** I have added new versions of the Berd_Air_Pump_Fan_Baseplate_v2 and Berd_Air_Floating_Base_v2. The updated Berd_Air_Floating_Base_v2 now fits 60mm horizontal beams better, having been reduced from 100mm to 76mm in width. This design also allows for more mounting holes for a secure attachment. Furthermore, the Berd_Air_Pump_Fan_baseplate_v2 was modified to accommodate the new Berd_Air_Floating_Base_v2.
