Berd Air Clamp for Smart Effector

Mount for the Berd Air tube that utilizes the mounting holes on the Duet Smart Effector. I didn't want anything hanging outside the extents of the Smart Effector, so this mount is held on to the Smart Effector via two of the mounting holes and holds the Berd Air tube through the third. Requires three M3x6 screws and one M3 nut. Obviously this design won't work if use something like a screw drive extruder, but works well with frame-mounted or flying extruders. Printed on my old i3v as I was building a delta.
