This is my personal design of a berd air bending and drilling jig, I have included several pictures to demonstrate how it's used. The holes in the tube are at 45 degrees; this was done because I found that normal straight-drilled tubes didn't cool fine points well, and the nozzle heat would damage the finish. I utilized K & S 8101 Round Aluminium Tube (Pack of 3) 3/32" Dia x0.014" Wall which can be found here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/K-S-8101-Round-Aluminium-Tube-Pack-of-3-3-32-Dia-x0-014-Walls-x12-Long1st/361287460750?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649 I used a 1mm drill bit in a pin vice/chuck. NOTE: You may need to use some wet and dry sandpaper to fine-tune the bender centre pin to a precise fit or ream the hole. Use a 3mm x 10mm cap head screw to hold the roller on The holes on the 45-degree jig come out at the opposite side of the jig due to the angle. 28-04-19 I added two new stl files: a new 45-degree drilling jig with a slight error correction from the first one and, A straight drilling jig for those who prefer the holes straight. I also added a little notch to the side of the jigs inline with one of the holes to help line it up Tube support can be found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3044295
