This speaker is designed during the course ‘41030 Mechatronics Engineering Design’ at The Technical University of Denmark DTU in partnership with B&O Create. The Beo Egg is a compact speaker made for kitchen use. The design focuses on producing a 360-degree sound so that the speaker can be placed anywhere in the kitchen. The unique yet understated design integrates the speaker seamlessly into the kitchen while also allowing it to become the focal point. The see-through feature makes it lightweight and visually appealing. Moreover, the design is made easy for cleaning and ideal for kitchen use.
