Benzinschwimmer

Benzinschwimmer

The gas swimmer was made as a replacement for a 1992 Piaggio Vespa PK 50 XL. It must be created without support structure because it would otherwise become too heavy, that's why the cone shape is at the top. WARNING: ABS dissolves in gasoline!!!!! Afterthought: PLA filament is gasoline-proof but it does let gas seep through, this can take months until the swimmer sinks. Sealing with paint only works if the paint is gasoline-proof. There's a Fegensilber on the gasoline-proof coating that says so.
