This is a remix of the barrel and arm brace for the AWCY? Bento Box 10/22. The modifications I have made turn the brace into a 2 piece shoulder stock and make the barrel a 16 inch 3 piece barrel. You can technically print more barrel fronts and couplers to make it longer than 16 inches or simply use the barrel back for a pistol length barrel. The barrel front is 186.5 mm long, or 7.3 inches. The barrel back is 223.5 mm, or 8.8 inches. At the time of making this Brownell's is only offering the Redmans barrel liner in 25 or 32 inch lengths. Print the stock in the upright position, with the butt flat on the build plate. Print the butt plate flat side down with texturing up. Install three M3 threaded inserts into the stock and connect the butt plate with three M3 socket head cap screws. Print all three barrel parts in the vertical position. Make sure that the inside of the barrel is free of strings and blobs. Check fitment of your barrel parts with the Redmans barrel liner and mark where it needs cut to length. Using the glue of your choice (epoxy, super glue, jb weld, etc) on the barrel coupling then thread the 3 pieces together until tight. Coat the barrel liner with the glue of your choice and insert it into the printed barrel until the liner is flush with both ends. If any glue got inside the barrel liner clean it out immediately.
