During a live demonstration at the OSU Extension Annual Conference, Alan Dennis and Jim Sloan rapidly captured a 3D scan with a cell phone in under twenty minutes. The scanned data can be quickly shared on social media platforms, seamlessly embedded into augmented reality print publications, or used to create a 3D printed model. Additionally, it can serve as an engaging interactive learning object.
