Find this and more gun-related designs on my blog http://www.printedfirearm.com. This was a 3D-printed component designed for my Benelli ES100 12-gauge shotgun after a turkey sight broke. I quickly used fasteners and associated hardware to retrofit the 3D-printed sight onto the shotgun, utilizing the underside groove to locate it on the barrel rail. The two semi-spherical dimples were highlighted in red using a ceramic marker against the black PLA plastic for a crisp locating sight. A sight opening of 3/8 inch provided optimal performance during quick-paced hunting of small game and birds, allowing easy cleaning of debris due to the opening not being enclosed.
