I designed a Bendy model that's unique to this one from the game by myself using Autodesk Inventor. The little stand is angled so it will naturally lean back slightly when printed. Due to printing limitations with my CR-10, I had trouble getting this face to print correctly either flat on the bed or standing upright - maybe someone else can figure out how to make it work and share their success story.
