I made Bender into a poseable model in two ways: with rubber bands or wire. I used rubber bands on mine, but a wire could be another great option. Once you have it posed, you can glue it into place permanently. The hands are slightly oversized and the extra limb segments that come with the plate take up some space as well. These features make modification a breeze. Don't be afraid to tweak or perfect this design if needed. I'm all done with Bender for now and would highly recommend supporting your printer and choosing an infill of 5%. I know that my test print at 0% had some issues, particularly around the leg mounting points, which would benefit from the extra material that an infill would provide, making them much less noticeable.
