Summary The original version of this super cool filament guide is way too large! The base won't even come close to fitting inside the hexagon hole at the top of the Original Prusa i3 MK2 Z axis top. I suspect they might have printed it in ABS and just assumed it would shrink. Anyway, this revised version has the correct dimensions for printing and fitting snugly inside the Original Prusa i3 MK2 Z axis top. I also added a small lip to prevent it from sticking out too far down and interfering with the Z axis. Print it up and enjoy its flexibility! Tip: Print with a 4mm brim so it won't topple over while printing.
