To achieve the desired white eyes with a black dot in the center, I removed the original eyes from the front head and created a separate drawing for them. Additionally, I added a ball joint to the arms for better movement. Realizing that Bender is incomplete without Flexo, I also included Flexo in my design. For printing, use one original head at the back, the Head Front Mk2 or Mk3 on the front, two eyes with mouth as per Mk3, body Mk3, and four arms MK3. Attach two hands and pins to each arm. Lastly, use the original legs and glue Flexo in place. Light sanding of the eyes and mouth is required for a smooth fit. Print at 150% using Replicator 2 with 15% infill, four layers, and a thickness of 0.2mm.
