Create Bendy figurines using a Futurama character mold with Oogoo, a silicone caulking and cornstarch mixture that hardens in under 2 hours. Discover three STL files for making your molds - bendbendy.stl features both halves as one unit for easy sizing and printing, while bendbend1 and bendbend2 offer separate halves to size at will. An additional stl file, BendBend3, is included for the cast model. Print in ABS with a 10% infill and fine slices for optimal results; acetone wash can be used to smooth mold surfaces. Align the mold halves using holes on each corner and a nail or rod. For casting, use Oogoo and place copper wire in limbs for support. Secure mold halves together with c-clamps after aligning through the holes. Overpack for easy removal of excess Oogoo. Alternatively, use a thin layer of silicone caulking to ensure a smoother finish on the casting before following the fast cast procedure. Experiment with glow pigments or painting details for customized figurines.
