Benchtop Table-Saw T-Slot Guide
thingiverse
I have an affordable Delta bench-top table saw that utilizes a non-standard T-profile miter slot. I'm looking to create some jigs that make the most of the slot, but I couldn't find a part that caught my eye. The OpenScad design file is available at: https://github.com/GeoffS/thingiverse so you can tailor it to fit your tool's unique slot perfectly. The STL file here has been tweaked to snugly fit into the slot on my saw and wear-in for a nearly flawless connection. I suspect that the miter slots on other budget-friendly tools are very similar, making it likely that this design will work for you without any modifications. The mounting screw is designed to accommodate a #8 sheet-metal screw.
