Benchtop Power PCB Holder for ATX PSU
thingiverse
This is a PCB holder specifically designed for use with Benchtop Power PCBs, which can be easily sourced from eBay. The primary goal was to create a holder that would securely position the PCB in place while still allowing cables to be connected to motherboards. Additionally, this design tilts the ATX PSU upwards, much like a bench supply does. The holder slides onto a 143mm X 86mm PSU side, providing a secure fit. To assemble the holder, four M3 screws with a length of 10mm and corresponding nuts are required. It's highly recommended to apply insulation tape under the PCB to prevent any potential shorting of terminals. This design combines elements from OpenSCAD and DXF extrusion, making it easily modifiable to suit individual needs. The files provided include two DXF files, one of which is specifically optimized for use with OpenSCAD by removing unnecessary layers. Note that during the printing process, my part experienced warping (as seen in the photos), but this did not affect its functional purpose.
