Benches and Tables for Handicapped Fishing Area
thingiverse
Dear Family and Friends, My name is Justin, and I'm making rapid progress toward earning the esteemed rank of Eagle Scout within the Boy Scouts of America. In addition, I hold a proud membership within Order of the Arrow, the respected Boy Scout Honor Society. With roots dating back to first grade, scouting has deeply woven itself into my life, equipping me with valuable skills such as camping and outdoor care – I've even earned the esteemed title of certified Leave No Trace counselor. A critical component of becoming an Eagle Scout involves completing a solo project, one that leaves a lasting impact on my community. My project aims to design, build, and install handicap-accessible benches and picnic tables at South Park property in Colorado, carefully overseen by the reputable non-profit group, Trout Unlimited. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone should have access to the outdoors without hindrance or restriction. That's why I've specifically designed my benches with rod holders for an unobstructed fishing experience. Each detail serves a greater purpose: making the world more accessible and inclusive. I'm now officially cleared by my unit, district, and council to begin this remarkable project. Funds are crucial at this juncture, so if you wish to lend your support or contribute toward the necessary materials, it will greatly facilitate my progress. The estimated completion date falls in June 2015; until then, we have several weeks left before installation begins. As a token of appreciation for your trust in me and generosity towards this noble cause, I'd like to acknowledge that any gift – large or small – received during this period would undoubtedly lift a tremendous weight off my shoulders. Transparency is at the core of my fundraising endeavors: all donations will exclusively benefit my Eagle Project. To those whose dedication and encouragement have allowed me to excel as a Scout, please know your unwavering support is sincerely cherished; without it, I wouldn't be here today working on such an invaluable initiative. Thank you to everyone involved for understanding the worthiness of this project – I truly believe we can change lives one bench at a time. Best regards, Justin
