Bench saw blade height gauge
pinshape
This is a precision bench saw blade height gauge. You can define the depth of cut in a work piece with remarkable accuracy. You can use the "Gabarit banc de scie.stl" file to print it directly on the 3D printer, and it will be ready for use without any additional markings. However, you can also add measurements by hand. An alternative is to combine both a 3D printer and laser cutter to create this gauge. Here's how: 1. Print an oversized piece using the file "Gabarit banc de scie_oversized.stl". 2. Flip your print over and place it in the laser cutter, aligning it horizontally at a 90-degree angle to the side of your machine (refer to the picture). 3. Engrave the text onto it using the "Gavarit banc scie_Laser 001.ai" file, with alignment set to bottom left. I used a speed of 375mm/sec and a power of 7.5mA for PLA plastic. 4. Cut out the outline with the laser cutter using the same file, "Gavarit banc scie_Laser 001.ai". The settings I used were approximately 15mm/sec and 15mA (although I'm not entirely sure).
With this file you will be able to print Bench saw blade height gauge with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Bench saw blade height gauge.
