This is a Bench Power supply enclosure for an SFX form factor computer power supply conversion. It could be used as a project box also.

I designed it to be screwed together with common computer screws, 2.8mm pilot and 3.5mm clearance. Everything fits well and shouldn't need any cleanup, except the holes. I made a solid layer at the holes to make it more printer friendly.

Have fun with it, let me know how it goes if you make one. :)

Print instructions

Category: Electronics Print Settings

Printer: Anet A8

Supports: Doesn't Matter

Resolution: 0.25mm

Infill: 10%

Notes:

It may print okay without supports. I printed with supports.

There is only one side model, mirror in your slicer for the opposite side.

I printed with three top and bottom layers and one perimeter, Two or three would be better quality with more filament used. Mine turned out fine with one perimeter though.

My bed is 220 x 220. The front and rear face plates used the whole bed. I rotated them 45 degrees for the print.
