Bench Power Supply

Bench Power Supply

thingiverse

A bench top power supply that uses two DPS5005 units, a 48V DC power supply (S-500-48) and a handful of components that can be readily found at your local electronics store. There is a switched AC inlet, binding / banana post power outlets for the DPS units and an earth post. Each DC outlet is fused, with the holders sitting in the right most cap. The unit is printed in three pieces - the left and right caps and the centre section. It is all held together by 8mm rods slid through the relevant holes in the printed parts, which have M4 threaded holes in the ends of them. M4 cap heads screwed into theses pull the three sections together. A single m3 screw holds the base of the PSU down inside the case, but it's a close enough fit that the unit won't move once the case ends are on.
