Bench Power Supply
thingiverse
A compact bench top power supply designed to harness two DPS5005 units, a 48V DC power source (S-500-48), and several readily available components from your local electronics store. At the core of this setup is a switched AC inlet, securely connecting binding/banana post power outlets for the DPS units and an earth post. Each DC outlet features a built-in fuse, with the holders cleverly positioned within the rightmost cap. This versatile unit is printed in three distinct pieces: the left and right caps, as well as the central section. The sections are expertly connected using 8mm rods, which slide through carefully drilled holes in each part. These holes have been threaded to accommodate M4 screws, which secure the parts together with ease. A single M3 screw firmly holds the base of the PSU in place within the case, ensuring a snug fit that prevents movement once the case ends are securely attached.
