This riser enables you to attach a second "bench donut" above the first one, providing more space when cutting a board with a jigsaw. It can also be used to convert the "bench donut" into a "bench dog" if your workbench has holes designed for this purpose. The diameter of these holes should be 20 mm. The PLA will melt inside at the screw thread. Remove the iron and tighten the insert by 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Repeat this process until all inserts are securely fastened. It's crucial not to exceed 1/2 turn, as this may cause issues. - For the threaded rod, cut it to 25 mm in length. Apply a small amount of thread lock and screw it into the wood insert up to halfway. Once the thread lock has dried, the rod will remain securely in place with the riser.
