To enhance my workbench, I crafted "bench dogs" with a 1-degree angle face for downward pressure. After testing two long prints, I found that 80% infill provided solid performance while 20% felt slightly weak. To secure the dogs, I added slots and holes for possible spring clips. Despite minor warping, they fitted snugly in place. These plastic dogs suit 3/4" dog holes; safer than metal ones when using hand planes. Inspired by a Thingiverse design, I modeled mine from scratch in Tinkercad and added my name for personalization.
