Those bench cookies are inspired by this design : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3451870 They are helpful to raise your workpiece to avoid scratching your work surface while sanding, routing, or sawing. The first pause needs to be placed at 11mm to insert the M8 nut The second pause at 17mm to insert the M4 nut If you dont' want to insert pauses, just stay next to your printer to insert the nuts at the given heights...
