My Benbo 1 tripod had some broken feet or caps, so I decided to model it, print and replace the broken parts myself. Note: The fitting hole on my new printed part fits perfectly around the Benbo 1 tripod leg without any issues at all. If you plan on printing this replacement part for your own Benbo 1 tripod leg, make sure to measure the leg's diameter carefully before printing, so you can make necessary changes if needed. But I must say, even with some measurements taken in advance, it's still possible that the fitting hole might not fit perfectly around your specific tripod leg - so there are no guarantees that this print will work without any problems at all. Now here are my instructions on how to get this printed part created using Simplified3D slicer: To begin with, set your infill density to 50% in order to achieve maximum strength and durability for your replacement parts. I personally prefer printing my Benbo 1 tripod cap with ABS material - it's tough and resistant to most environmental factors that you might be exposed to. If possible, try printing the part upside down (also known as "inverted") using support materials like filament. But feel free to experiment and use your personal preference when it comes to print orientation!
