Unable to locate any schematic or PCB for the TOM safety cutoff REV-D, I opted to modify the makerbot safety cutoff REV-C design from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12467). The changes made were implemented on 25th June 2013 and included adding a heat dissipation pad for the rectifier.
