The BEM3-4 Dough Extruder is accompanied by a conveyor system equipped with various dough cutting mechanisms, such as wire cut, diaphragm cut, and guillotine cut. The shaped cookies are then transported to a feeding conveyor that places them onto trays. Afterwards, the tray conveyor moves the trays forward. Finally, an elevator-type tray collector and trolley feeder efficiently collects and feeds the filled trays for easy access and storage.
