Printable on a 100x100 bed printer!!!!!!! How to use them. Put them on before tensioning the belt. Now you tension as usual. We put them on to not get the belts to tight. Now when you remove the tool after tensioning you get a automated slack that is not to big on the belt. I use these all the time. Its very simple because you choose a key point you always put them on the machine before tensioning belts. Wath if they break! Then you know for sure you are tightening to much. These assisting tools will do so you more or less always get a similar tension on belts. Sometimes this is close to idler pulleys on x axis or where belt is attached to y carriage. Why is this important? To tight is loud and overheats motors. To loose will make your machine skip sideways mid print and give layer shifts. Also it can make the macine not print round holes. Wath do the letters have for function on them? T = Tough H = Hard M = Medium S = Soft It makes it easier to use the right one on right axis. S do i use close to x idler pulley. While the tough and hard on longer belts close to where they are attached to carriage. Do not forget to remove them before printing!!!! And why donate money? The tiny bits i earn goes to experiments and fillament for designs that end up here.
