Optimize your Ultimaker's Y-belt tension with custom-printed adjustable belt holders. These slim, space-saving designs can be easily fitted to your machine and tightened using a cable tie. Print four for a complete set, and consider the smaller size model at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:24336 for better results. Use thin layers during printing, and adjust Scad file height as needed for X belts. Place holders over belt underneath, opposite the block, with flat side up for Y belts. Secure with a 2.5mm cable tie, ensuring no part of the holder scrapes against the belt. Check tension by hand, and resume printing trouble-free circles.
