I made a custom belt tensioner using Thingiverse as reference, but it didn't meet my requirements so I replicated it in Studio Max instead. It offers two body options - full cylinders for added strength or half cylinders to save space. Both types feature raised lips to prevent slipping off the belt. This design relies on an M3 bolt and nut combination, utilizing materials readily available to me and ensuring a secure fit despite some flexibility allowed for thermal expansion.
