belt tensioner (yet another) for ender 3
thingiverse
I started remixing the "Ender 3 Belt Tensioner" by MakeChetti because I wasn't able to print one that didn't break after a while - definitely my fault. I ended up designing something a bit different. I've printed it with 100% infill, but probably a lower one may work just as well. Only supports are needed for DX and SX parts. The bearings enter very precisely, but once inserted they turn freely without any hindrance. You will need: Two 5x35/40 mm bolts (hexagonal), nuts, and washers. Two 5x30 mm bolts (socket head) and nuts. Four 4x30 mm bolts (socket head) and nuts.
