Belt Tensioner with nut for Anycubic i3 Mega and other printers

I decided to create my own solution instead of relying on existing ones I found online, even though they seemed sufficient. Most of these designs featured a screw that directly attached to the print, but I opted for a nut instead, which gives me more confidence in its stability. The pushdown mechanism is guided, although it can still wobble slightly, the screw should keep it in place. Additionally, small plastic protrusions prevent the belt from slipping sideways out of position. Additional Parts Needed ------------------------ To assemble this design, you will require one M3 screw and one 5mm M3 nut. If your nut won't fit into the slot, please provide me with the measurements of both your nut and the slot, as well as the filename of the model you used. I'll do my best to assist. Application ------------ With a small M3x12 screw, this design can be attached to the top belt of the Anycubic i3 Mega X-axis, as shown in the pictures. On my printer, it fits snugly without catching on any parts. It can also be used on the Y-axis, but use restraint, as excessive tension can damage your printer. There's a "before/after" picture in the gallery, showcasing the improvements this design offers - less echo and smoother edges. Disclaimer ------------ I tested this design for several hours before releasing it, but I'm unaware of its long-term performance. Please exercise caution when using it to avoid damaging your printer or causing injury. This isn't the most optimal way to tighten belts, but it should suffice as a temporary fix for printers with slightly loose belts, allowing you to print something properly afterwards. Although inspired by existing designs on Thingiverse, this creation was designed from scratch. Feel free to use and remix it according to its published license.
