The original belt tensioner was designed specifically for a customized Printrbot. For installation, use either T5 or T2.5 belts and download the appropriate STL file. Add an M3 screw (at least 30mm) to assemble the "daddy" part within the "mommy" part. Secure with an M3 washer and nut on the screw. If your print isn't perfect or the belt is difficult to insert, use a screwdriver to enlarge the hole while maintaining its shape. An update suggests using Tens-T (2.5/5) belts that are 40mm long for smoother belt insertion.
