Belt Tensioner Set - Large/Medium/Small

UPDATE April 11, 2018 I recently upgraded my AnyCubic I3 Mega by installing an "S" size on both X and Y belts, which increased the degree of bending due to tension and PLA's stress behavior. I also noticed some vibration marks on printed parts, prompting me to make the design more substantial to reduce deformation. I removed the flange from the middle finger for easier installation. The updated file features an "S" size with multiple belt configurations available. If needed, you can use more than one on the same belt. I previously used a thick metal wire in an M shape to tighten my X axis belt but realized it was too bulky for the job after designing and printing the (L)arge version using PLA. This led me to create three different sizes: small, medium, and large. The medium size fits perfectly on my X axis belt, while the small one is ideal for the Y axis. Although thin parts bend under tension, they remain rigid under peak loads without ghosting on printed surfaces. As a precautionary measure, I recommend adding solid infill to these parts for added rigidity.
