Belt Tensioner Prusia i3 (idler)
thingiverse
I'm designing a custom attachment for my printer, which requires precision engineering. The main component is a 8mm wide bearing held securely in place by two large holes with an inside diameter of 5mm. To attach it firmly to the printer, I'll use a standard M3 bolt. Initially, I encountered some difficulties finding a suitable part, so I decided to create my own design. After reworking the attachment, I've made sure that the holes are now perfectly sized, measuring 8mm in diameter and providing a snug fit for the bearing. If any adjustments need to be made, please let me know, but I'm confident that they're sufficient as is.
